Are you looking for a flexible role that fits around your life?

At Sense, we don't just provide care - we champion independence, and we're looking for Relief Support Workers to join our team at Sense Otterhayes in Ottery St Mary, Devon. This is a casual relief role at £13 per hour, with various hours available.

Sense Otterhayes is rated 'Good' by the CQC and is a place built on connection. We support people across seven supported living properties and a residential home, with unique shared spaces including a polytunnel, an art room, and a creative studio; where no one is left out of life.

This is a casual Relief Support Worker role, with various hours available.

In this role, you'll be:

Supporting with daily routines, personal care, and medication
Accompanying people on trips, outings, and holidays
Enabling people to enjoy creative activities such as drama, art, and gardening
Supporting people with their social lives, friendships, and employment

Shifts are available across a range of patterns Monday to Sunday, so flexibility is key. Due to our rural location, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are highly desirable. Free parking is available on site.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to:

Be warm, reliable, and flexible
Be comfortable supporting people with a range of needs
Be resilient and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Be willing to attend training to support you in your role
