M&H Carriers is looking to recruit a permanent, full-time Nightshift Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Broadford Depot on the Isle of Skye.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing distribution company where teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound scanning of freight using handheld scanners.
Splitting down cages and pallets.
Sorting freight and placing it into the appropriate delivery bays.
Assisting with the loading and unloading of freight as required.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment at all times.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling freight.
Physically capable of carrying out manual handling duties.

Desirable

Previous experience in a similar role.
Forklift licence (not essential, as training can be provided where appropriate).

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, from 23:00 to 08:30AM (45 hours per week)
