Carpet/Vinyl Fitter (Experienced) – Residential Work | Excellent Rates

We are currently recruiting experienced Carpet Fitters to join our team covering Bournemouth, Poole, Wimborne, Ferndown and surrounding areas.

The Role
This is primarily residential work (around 99%), so we are looking for fitters who take pride in delivering high-quality finishes and are professional when working in customers’ homes.

We also sell LVT and do occasional commercial projects. Experience in these is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Install carpets to a high standard in residential properties
Deliver excellent customer service in occupied homes
Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Represent the business professionally on-site

Requirements

Proven experience in carpet fitting (essential)
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Reliable and able to work independently
Good communication and customer-facing skills
Own tools and transport preferred

Desirable Skills

Screeding, ply boarding
LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) fitting (Karndean, Polyflor, etc)
Commercial flooring experience (wet rooms, commercial LVT/Carpeting)
