Due to incredible growth over the past year, we’re looking for a confident, energetic and design-led Showroom Assistant to join the team at Caterbitz Luxury Appliances.
This isn’t your average retail role. You’ll be working in a stunning high-end showroom surrounded by some of the world’s best kitchen appliance, sink, tap and outdoor living brands. From luxury cooking appliances to statement outdoor kitchens and BBQs, every day is different — and every customer interaction matters.

What You’ll Be Doing
✨ Welcoming customers into the showroom and creating a fantastic first impression
✨ Keeping the showroom looking exceptional at all times
✨ Styling and maintaining luxury displays and working product areas
✨ Advising customers on premium appliances and products
✨ Answering telephone and online enquiries
✨ Supporting the sales team with quotations and order processing
✨ General administration and customer service support
✨ Helping with showroom events, live demo days and brand experiences
✨ General office duties
✨ Assisting with picking and packing small accessory orders
What We’re Looking For
✔ Friendly, confident and professional personality
✔ Excellent communication and people skills
✔ Organised with good attention to detail
✔ Passion for interiors, kitchens, cooking or design
✔ Comfortable using computers and handling admin tasks
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Retail, showroom or customer service experience preferred — but personality is just as important
