Responsibilities

Perform professional nail treatments including manicures, gel nails, BIAB, and nail art with precision and creativity
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail designs or treatments
Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
Manage appointments efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and retention
Communicate clearly with clients about service options, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations
Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services
Build strong relationships through attentive customer service to encourage repeat business

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a portfolio of work showcasing your skill
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice
Ability to work independently while managing your own schedule effectively
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to nail care practices
Passion for beauty trends and ongoing professional development
