Full job description

The Travel Administrator & Marketing Assistant plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration and marketing of the travel department. The role involves maintaining accurate booking systems and website content, preparing travel documentation, coordinating tour administration and supporting marketing initiatives to promote the company's products and services.

Roles to include:

· Load new holidays and day trips onto the company website ensuring all information is accurate and up to date

· Prepare tour folders containing all relevant operational documentation

· Load new holidays to T4 booking system ensuring all information is accurate and up to date

· Preparation of customer travel documents

· Create engaging social media content, including posts, graphics and promotional campaigns

· Promoting holidays, day trips and special offers across social media platforms

· Update website content to ensure holidays and promotional material remain current

· Assist with email marketing campaigns and promotional communications

· Provide administrative support for the private hire department

Person Specification:

Essential

· Excellent organisational and time management skills

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively

· A proactive and flexible approach to work

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and social media

Desirable

· Previous experience within the travel industry

· Experience using a travel booking system such as T4

· Experience creating social media and marketing content

· Knowledge of Canva or similar design software

· Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

37.5 hours per week

Monday 08:30 - 16:30

Tuesday 08:30 - 16:30

Wednesday 08:30 - 16:30

Thursday 08:30 - 16:30

Friday 08:30 - 16:30

Rate of pay from £13 per hour

Closing date: Friday 7th August 2026

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
