We’re looking for an outstanding Salon Coordinator to become the heart of our award-winning luxury salon.

Your Role
As Front of House & Salon Coordinator you will:
- Deliver a warm, welcoming and professional experience for every client.
- Manage reception and oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the salon.
- Manage appointments, bookings, consultations and client communications.
- Ensure every client journey is seamless from first enquiry through to their next visit.
- Rebook clients before they leave the salon.
- Monitor cancellation lists and maximise appointment availability.
- Contact clients who are overdue for appointments and help improve client retention.
- Analyse client reports, retention figures, KPIs and business data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor rebooking rates, retail performance, no-shows and client retention.
- Encourage satisfied clients to leave online reviews.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions and salon events.
- Assist with retail sales ,product recommendations and after care sales.
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
- Carry out stock checks, stock input and administrative duties.
- Support the wider salon team wherever required.
- Maintain the exceptionally high presentation standards Rosser Hairdressing is known for.
- Open and close the salon when required.
- Ensure confidentiality is maintained in accordance with GDPR.
- Sales Experience.
- Timesheets Keeping.
- Picking and packing online orders.
- Customer service emailing.

Skills & Experience
You’ll ideally have:
- Excellent computer skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Confidence using social media.
- The ability to quickly learn new software systems.
Previous salon experience is beneficial but not essential. We will provide full training for the right person.
Working Hours
Tuesday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Wednesday: 9:30am – 3:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
35.5 hours per week
One-hour unpaid lunch break on full working days.
