Home Park Gardens is looking for an experienced, proactive Senior Landscaper / Site Lead to run high-quality garden builds. This is a purely construction-focused role (no maintenance) based in Luton and the surrounding areas.
What You’ll Do:
- Hard Landscaping: Lay high-end porcelain/natural stone paving, steps, edgings, and retaining walls.
- Site Prep & Levels: Work from drawings, set accurate levels, and prepare ground.
- Lead the Site: Organize daily workflow, plan materials/tools ahead of time, and keep the project running efficiently.
What We Need:
- Experience: 4+ years in hard landscaping (paving experience is essential).
- Skills: Ability to read design drawings, set levels, and operate machinery safely.
- Essentials: Full UK driving licence, reliable attitude, and strong problem-solving skills.
