Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented person to support our team in a busy food production environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent organisational skills, and a keen eye for safety and hygiene standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience, working alongside professional butchers. The position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to develop their skills within a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, mincing and assembling ingredients, sausage making
Support the team in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the room
Prepare ingredients for mincing as directed by senior staff
Assist with basic butchery tasks when required, ensuring proper handling of meat products
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Support the team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously

This role provides an excellent platform for those passionate about the culinary arts to expand their knowledge and gain practical experience in a professional setting.
