Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Broker, where you'll play a vital role in connecting clients with tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. As an Insurance Broker, you will be at the forefront of building lasting client relationships, analyzing market options, and providing expert guidance in a fast-paced environment committed to excellence and integrity.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients through B2B sales channels to understand their insurance needs and present suitable coverage options.
Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements, market trends, and policy details to recommend optimal insurance solutions.
Manage client portfolios using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, policy statuses, and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with insurance providers to negotiate terms, secure competitive quotes, and facilitate seamless policy issuance.
Provide bilingual support in Spanish to accommodate diverse client bases and ensure clear communication throughout the sales process.
Educate clients on policy features, coverage limits, exclusions, and claims procedures to foster transparency and trust.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, product offerings, and market developments to advise clients accurately.

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales within the insurance or financial services sector is highly preferred.
Strong analysis skills for evaluating client needs, market data, and policy options effectively.
Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage for engaging with a diverse client base.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly and persuasively.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
