Join our innovative team as an Additive Manufacturing (AM) Print Process Technician at Siemens Energy in Worcester, where you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining our advanced 3D printing equipment. Imagine preparing and loading materials, monitoring the printing process for quality and consistency, and troubleshooting any technical issues that arise. How You’ll Make an Impact

Operate 3D Printing Equipment: Manage various types of 3D printing machines to produce high-quality parts.
Prepare Materials: Load and prepare materials for the printing process, ensuring readiness for production.
Monitor Quality: Oversee the printing process to maintain quality and consistency throughout production.
Perform Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of
3D printers to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve technical issues related to the printing process efficiently.

What You Bring

Experience: Proven experience with 3D printing technologies and equipment.
Mechanical Aptitude: Strong problem-solving skills and a mechanical mindset to address challenges effectively.
Attention to Detail: Ability to work with precision and ensure quality standards are met.
Technical Skills: Capability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications; familiarity with CAD software and 3D modeling is a plus.
Communication Skills: Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the engineering team.
