The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Cabinet Maker to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for woodworking and furniture making who is keen to develop their skills within a professional workshop environment.
Working alongside experienced cabinet makers, you’ll gain hands-on experience manufacturing bespoke furniture and joinery for some of the world's most prestigious residential and superyacht projects.
You'll be supported in developing your skills while contributing to the production of high-quality bespoke interiors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the manufacture and assembly of bespoke furniture and cabinetry
- Preparing materials, components, and hardware for production
- Sanding, machining, and assembling joinery components
- Learning to work from technical drawings and specifications
- Supporting senior cabinet makers with ongoing projects
- Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
- Keeping tools, equipment, and work areas organised and safe
- Working closely with the workshop team to meet project deadlines
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the workshop, including general housekeeping duties (tea & coffee) and helping maintain a positive team environment.
About You
- Previous experience within cabinet making, bench joinery, furniture making, or a related trade is desirable.
- A genuine interest in woodworking and craftsmanship
- Good practical skills and a willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, organised, and eager to develop new skills
