As part of our continued growth, we are launching Olive & Barr – Frameless, a new offering focused on delivering high-quality, design-led frameless kitchens that provide outstanding value and flexibility for today’s homeowners.
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Kitchen Sales Designer to join us at the start of this exciting journey.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape a new area of the business, working closely with Sales Management to support customers, drive sales, refine processes and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The Role
- Meet with customers virtually, by telephone and in person to discuss their kitchen projects.
- Create kitchen designs and quotations using Winner Design Software or similar.
- Manage enquiries from initial contact through to order confirmation.
- Provide expert advice on kitchen layouts, products, appliances and specifications.
- Build strong relationships with customers throughout their journey.
- Manage your own sales pipeline and work towards agreed sales targets.
- Review and validate online kitchen orders before they are released for manufacture.
- Check measurements, specifications and product selections for accuracy.
- Identify potential issues and work proactively with customers to resolve them.
- Support customers using our online design and ordering platform.
- Work closely with Sales Management to continuously improve processes and customer experience.
- Contribute ideas and support the growth of Olive & Barr – Frameless as the business develops.
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in kitchen design and sales.
- Strong understanding of frameless kitchen furniture.
- Previous experience using Winner Design, Winner Flex or similar kitchen design software.
- Proven ability to manage enquiries and convert them into sales.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your workload.
- Positive, proactive and solutions-focused.
