Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Prepper/Polisher Technician to join our professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and polishing a wide range of vehicles to ensure optimal repair outcome to insurance standard. We would also like the successful candidate to be able to paint on occasion. The position is paid and suitable for experienced vehicle prepper/polisher/paint technicians.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults using specialised tools and equipment
- Prep Vehicles to industry standards
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs
- Check paint outcome and rectify any anomalies.
- Working safely and to industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during vehicle servicing
- Machine polish vehicles after paint application
Skills
- Strong vehicle paint knowledge of various paint systems and components
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling vehicle parts or equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple jobs efficiently
- Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and clients as needed

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
