Lead Electrical Panel Builder

Are you an experienced Electrical Panel Builder ready to take the lead? This exciting opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate of £14.50-£17.50, depending on experience.

Our client is seeking a skilled professional to join their dynamic production team, manufacturing advanced control panels for cutting-edge applications, including automotive testing, electrification, and hydrogen technologies.

What you'll do:

Assemble, wire, and install electrical components in panels and systems.
Interpret and work from electrical drawings and Bills of Materials.
Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members and apprentices.
Ensure high-quality work, adhere to standards, and suggest improvements to boost productivity.

What you'll bring:

Proven expertise in panel building and machine wiring.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and improve.
Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., BS7671, BS EN 60204-1:2018).

This position is based in Worcester and is easily commutable from Malvern, Bromyard, Gloucester, Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Evesham, Hereford, Alcester, Studley and Kidderminster.
