Full job description

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced administrator to join our team as People Assistant on a fixed term contract until the end of February 2027.

By joining our People Team, you will be the first point of contact for all colleagues, managers and external providers, providing advice, support and a signposting service. You will be responsible for providing an effective and timely administrative support service, with our right first-time ethos.

We are looking for someone with:

Proven administration experience
Previous experience of IT systems including Microsoft Office and databases
Attention to detail

By joining our team, you will be working in a fast-paced environment so the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines is a must. All our People data and correspondence is stored online on multiple systems, so it is essential you have experience in inputting data and administrative correspondence.

This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working, combining home working with office-based working. The successful candidate will be required to attend our Head Office in Craven Arms at least once per week, with travel to other office locations as required to meet business needs.
