The main purpose of the HR Recruitment Assistant role is to give routine guidance on Recruitment policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, Police Regulations, and the Online Recruitment Portal in line with Recruitment activity.

To ensure the recruitment process is delivered in accordance with recruitment strategy.

To provide a customer focussed HR recruitment Service through HR recruitment process.

The HR Recruitment Assistant role is a hybrid (mix of home & office working) role

The closing date for this post is 12 noon on Wednesday 22nd July 2026
