Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring the bar area is well-maintained and organised. Your role will involve preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining high standards of food safety, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and glassware.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards at all times.
Engage with customers, providing friendly and efficient service while taking orders and answering queries.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery.
Assist in restocking supplies as needed and report any inventory shortages to management.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a safe dining environment.
Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Previous experience in a restaurant or bartending role is advantageous but not essential.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
