About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Manage digital marketing campaigns, content schedules, and online growth activities
Coordinate with creative teams, clients, vendors, and internal departments
Monitor campaign performance, website activity, engagement metrics, and reporting updates
Support SEO, paid media, email marketing, social media, and content planning initiatives
Prepare campaign reports, schedules, digital briefs, and improvement recommendations
Assist with client communication, project coordination, and service quality monitoring
Ensure digital marketing activities follow brand guidelines, deadlines, and company standards

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, content marketing, social media, SEO, paid advertising, or client services
Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
Experience working with digital platforms, marketing tools, or client-facing projects is an advantage

Skills

Digital marketing management
Campaign planning and performance reporting
SEO, social media, and content coordination
Client and stakeholder communication
Reporting, scheduling, and process improvement
Strong organisation, creativity, and attention to detail

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred
