With 21 sites across East London, Cambridge and Norfolk we offer brilliant opportunities for professional development and growth.

Our nurseries are vibrant with high occupancy, great spaces and a supportive senior management team.

We are looking for a passionate, friendly and hard-working Nursery Manager to join our nursery team!

St Nicholas House is a building full of character and has a vast newly refurbished garden.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced manager for this full-time role working 40 hours per week, following a shift pattern. We are able to offer flexibility with working hours.

St Nicholas House is open between the hours of 7.45am-6.30pm

Salary

We are able to offer a high competitive salary based on experience. This is to be discussed with candidate.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, ambitious and committed to supporting the team and children in their care. As well as...

Level 3 qualification
Management experience: 1 year minimum
Strong leadership skills
Great understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework (EYFS)
Strong passion for a child-centred approach to play and learning
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Excellent organisation skills and time-management
