Cafe Manager
Enthusiastic experienced Cafe Manager to work alongside our small established team in our cosy Coffee Lounge in Budleigh Salterton.
Set in beautiful surroundings our stylish wood clad coffee lounge with welcoming log fires in winter and stunning sun deck in spring & summer is a fabulous place to work.
Regular working hours. No evenings or Sundays
Five days a week.

You must have a friendly and approachable team leading style and great interpersonal skills along with a welcoming demeanour to ensure that the every customer receives a warm welcome and receives a great hospitality experience which we pride ourselves on here at Oak Barn.
This is an energetic hands on, not desk based role where you will be responsible for all aspects of management including organising staff shifts and rotas, managing stock levels and placing orders, supporting recruitment and always ensuring the smooth day to day running of the business.
You will need the ability to be an active team member in the coffee lounge serving and interacting with customers and carry out administrative tasks when needed during the day.
The role requires maintaining high standards of compliance and completing admin for FSA and HACCP requirements and a full understanding of current food safety regulations as well as up to date knowledge of UK Allergen legislation and you will ensure that all requirements are consistently met and staff are well trained.

Previous recent experience of cafe management is essential.
