Overview
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Client Account Manager to join our Content Team. This is a central role managing client relationships from onboarding to contract completion, ensuring smooth delivery of their packages across our websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
We anticipate a steady ramp-up over the first 3-6 months, with workload growing as you settle into the role and take ownership of additional projects.
Responsibilities
- Managing client accounts from the moment of onboarding through to the conclusion of their contracts.
- Monitoring and responding to the Client Accounts inbox ([email protected]) to address client requests and questions.
- Implementing package features across the company’s websites, social media channels, primarily LinkedIn and email marketing platform.
- Maintaining accurate client records in the company CRM and other systems (e.g. Google Sheets).
- Collaborating with colleagues across the company to ensure timely and accurate implementation of package features.
- Working with colleagues in the Content Team to share workloads and ensure continuity for clients during periods of annual leave.
- Liaising and coordinating with external contractors involved in delivering client package features, including Content Writers and Magazine graphic designers.
- Following direction from the COO on processes and contributing to the development of best practice in client management.
- Being trained on creating the daily newsletter in Mailchimp to provide cover where needed.
Additional Responsibilities
- Monitoring and responding to the Events inbox ([email protected]), setting up and managing media partnerships.
- Collaborating with the Editorial Team regarding event-related content and media partnerships. (The Editorial Team provides cover for the Events inbox during annual leave and contributes to event media partnership tasks where required.)
- Basic InDesign training will be provided for candidates without prior experience to be able to help with magazine amends.

- Confident using digital tools such as CRMs, Google Workspace, social media management software, and content management systems such as WordPress.

- Able to represent the company professionally in client meetings.
Experience in digital media, content management, or account management is highly desirable.
Position in Team
The Client Account Manager works within the Content Team, reporting to the COO and with overall responsibility for client account processes also overseen by the COO. This role ensures that client content flows consistently through the Content Team and that client commitments are delivered to a high standard. The Client Account Manager is also the day to day point of contact for external contractors involved in the delivery of client subscriptions, ensuring their tasks are coordinated effectively with internal workflows.
