Angusfield House Care Home provides nursing, dementia, and palliative care for up to 40 residents, located in Aberdeen's West End

Set within Aberdeen’s prestigious West End, Angusfield Care Home is one of the city’s most established and respected care services. Blending traditional character with high-quality nursing and residential care, Angusfield has built a long-standing reputation for warmth, professionalism and consistency within the local community.

This is a rare leadership opportunity arising following the retirement of the current Home Manager after 27 years in post; a reflection of the stability, culture and loyalty that exists within the home.

Now part of Care Concern Group, Angusfield enters an exciting new chapter with the support, investment and progression opportunities of one of the UK’s fastest-growing care providers, while continuing to build on the strong reputation and standards already embedded within the service.

The home operates successfully with strong occupancy, an experienced staff team and excellent local reputation, making this an ideal opportunity for an established Registered Home Manager looking to lead a well-performing service with genuine long-term potential.

Contract

Salary of £65,000 per annum
Annual performance bonus up to 40% of salary (KPI-linked)

As Registered Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance, culture and future development of Angusfield Care Home.
This is an opportunity to inherit a respected, stable and well-performing service and lead it thoughtfully into its next phase under Care Concern Group.

Your role will focus on maintaining high standards of care and governance, supporting and developing an established team and ensuring residents and families continue to experience the safe, compassionate and person-centred care Angusfield is known for.
