Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules
- Supervise and direct site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to relay updates, resolve issues, and adapt plans as needed
- Manage resource allocation, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimize workflow
