Strength & Conditioning Coach / Movement Coach

Barefoot Physio – Exeter City Centre
Part-time | Flexible hours

Barefoot Physio is looking for a passionate and motivated Strength & Conditioning Coach / Movement Coach to join our multidisciplinary team.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves what they do, is a brilliant motivator and is passionate about helping people become stronger, healthier and more confident with exercise.

The role

Our Exercise & Movement Service helps bridge the gap between rehabilitation and long-term health.

You’ll work alongside our physiotherapists, sports therapists and specialist women’s health physiotherapists, supporting Barefoot clients with exercise, strength and long-term physical health.

There is an existing client base to support, alongside the opportunity to help us develop and grow the service.

Who we’re looking for

The right person is more important to us than a long list of qualifications or experience.

We’re looking for someone who:

Is genuinely passionate about exercise, movement and health
Is enthusiastic, engaging and a great motivator
Builds excellent professional relationships with clients
Is proactive and takes pride in delivering a great service
Enjoys working collaboratively within a healthcare team
Is keen to learn, develop and bring ideas to the role
Can work flexibly around the needs of Barefoot clients, including some early mornings and evenings

A recognised Personal Training qualification is required. Additional experience or qualifications in strength & conditioning, rehabilitation, running, women’s health or exercise for older adults would be beneficial, but are not essential.
