About us

Favours Day Nursery is a family run company in Moulton. We are supportive, inclusive, fun and our goal is to provide quality home from home care.

We are looking for an experienced Early Years Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and stimulating learning environment for children aged 0-2, as well as planning and delivering activities that promote the physical, social and emotional development of young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing quality education. An apprenticeship may be considered for the right person.

Responsibilities:

Implement activities that promote the physical, emotional, social development of children
Monitor children's progress and development with minimal paperwork requirements
Provide a positive role model for children
Communicate with parents about their child's progress
Work with other educators to ensure a cohesive learning environment
Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to

Our opening hours are 7.30am-5.45pm and shifts fall within this. Our staff work either 24 hours over 3 days, 32 hours over 4 days or 40 hours over 5 days per week.

Experience:

Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
