Goonvean Fibres is looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our busy Imports & Exports team in Cullompton. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global manufacturing business while working towards a recognised Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
You'll receive support and training from experienced colleagues, developing valuable skills in administration, customer service, international logistics, and supply chain operations within a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the processing of import and export orders.
- Assist with shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery instructions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is compliant and up to date.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- Track shipments and help resolve any issues or delays.
- Update internal systems and databases accurately and promptly.
- Respond to customer and supplier queries in a professional manner.
- Assist with reporting and departmental performance analysis.
- Carry out general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and email management.
