We're now looking for a CMC (Central Maintenance Control) Customer Service Technician
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Leading and supporting a team of Customer Service Advisors within a fast-paced Centralised Maintenance Control environment.
- Managing fleet maintenance, breakdown, and repair requests, ensuring vehicles remain compliant, operational, and available for the business.
- Monitoring KPIs and service levels, driving performance and delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and service providers, ensuring cost-effective maintenance and repair solutions.
- Working closely with engineering, operations, and site teams to resolve issues, improve service standards, and ensure legal compliance.
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
This role would suit candidates who have experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Breakdown, fleet maintenance, or vehicle repair coordination.
- Customer service or call centre operations.
- Team leadership, supervisory, or people management experience.
