Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coach Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, UK, Ireland and EU tour experience. This role involves guiding and supporting individuals while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of vehicles and equipment. The position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a tour background to utilise their skills in a dynamic environment.

Duties

Operate vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all road safety regulations.
Conduct routine daily walk around checks.
Assist with passenger loading, including loading, unloading of cases and route planning.
Maintain clear communication with team members regarding schedules, routes, and safety procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times during operations.
Keep accurate records of driving hours.
Support the organisation in improving operational efficiency through proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

Category D driving licence (must have held this license for 2 years for insurance purposes), D plus E would be advantageous but not compulsory.
Proven experience in UK, Ireland and EU tour driving.
Mechanical knowledge relevant to vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting a bonus.
Customer focused.
Experience with maintenance tasks related to vehicles is desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules effectively.
Previous experience is essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This role is suitable for individuals who are proactive, safety-conscious, and eager to support others while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Pay: £180.00-£350.00 per day
