As an Ocean Coordinator, you’ll take full ownership of ocean import and export shipments from start to finish - ensuring seamless operations, accurate documentation, and exceptional service at every stage. Requirements

What you´ll do?

Manage end‑to‑end ocean freight: Take full ownership of FCL and LCL import and export shipments, coordinating with overseas offices, ensuring timely documentation, accurate costing, and proactive customer updates.
Build strong customer relationships: Communicate clearly and proactively, resolve issues efficiently, and provide practical, customer focused solutions that strengthen trust.
Monitor shipment progress: Track and manage ETDs and shipment milestones, keeping internal systems up to date with accurate, real time information.
Collaborate with global partners: Work closely with agents, shipping lines, customs authorities, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth operations and high service performance.
Prepare and control documentation: Issue and manage transport documents, maintain electronic shipment data, and ensure all records meet compliance and operational standards.
Ensure accurate billing: Prepare final invoices, validate costs against agreements and shipment files, and process supplier invoices promptly to support correct accruals and prevent overdue accounts.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience in ocean freight: Practical background in ocean freight or logistics, with a solid understanding of import and export processes.
Strong digital skills: Confidence using Microsoft Office and logistics systems, with a sharp eye for accuracy and detail.
Ability to thrive under pressure: Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, staying organized, and communicating clearly and confidently.
A proactive, solution focused mindset: Hands on, resourceful, and always looking for ways to improve processes and deliver better results.
