Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a professional environment, contributing to the overall success of our sales functions.

Duties

Manage and update customer information using CRM software to ensure accuracy and accessibility
Prepare and process sales documentation, including quotations, orders, and invoices.
Coordinate with sales teams to schedule meetings, follow-ups, and appointments efficiently
Assist in preparing sales presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint
Maintain organised records of sales activities and client interactions for future reference
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries via email or phone
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
Utilise IT skills to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to sales software systems
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow across the organisation

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with CRM software
Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Demonstrated experience in sales administration or similar administrative roles
Good computer literacy and IT skills to adapt quickly to new systems or tools
Customer service orientation with a professional approach to client interactions
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously

This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, detail-focused, and eager to contribute to a vibrant sales team. Prior experience in sales administration combined with strong organisational skills will be highly valued.

Working Hours Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm. Friday 8am - 2.30pm

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
