Our store is looking for a Clinical Associate to work primarily on our optical / clinical floor.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to listen and comprehend both written and spoken English, and will be comfortable dealing with customers on an individual basis.
This position involves performing clinical pre-assessment diagnostic tests.
It is a customer facing role including:
- greeting patients
- checking their personal information on arrival
- explaining and performing the pre-assessment procedure and tests
- booking appointments
- calling to confirm appointments
- Completing optical triage forms and advising patients of Optometrist advice
- listening to our patients queries and dealing with them or ensuring the information is passed to correct department.
Full training is given as this role will require knowledge specific to our industry and branch.
Full or part time considered. £19500.00 pro rata. Full time is 37.5 hours. Weekend work expected
