Full job description

We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Nights Care Assistant to join our team here at Kirklands Care based at our Kirklands Care Home in Cockermouth.

Pay: We have an excellent pay rate of £13.30 an hour

Shift patterns: Night shifts working 12 hour shifts, either 2, 3 or 4 days a week

Hours: 36 hours per week

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, maintaining accurate records.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates on care.
Support mobility and personal hygiene, promoting independence where possible.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Level 2 in Health and social care preferred but not essential, but must be willing to work towards
Willingness to learn and develop your skills
