RVW Pugh Ltd is looking for a marketing assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to experience various aspects of marketing while working for local agricultural dealer. Working in a small team, you will assist the Marketing & Communications Executive in all aspects of marketing.
Main responsibilities include:
- Assisting in planning, writing and managing email marketing
- Produce reports from the company’s CRM system to ensure customers are appropriately targeted
- Assisting with gathering customer stories and other press worthy stories
- Assist with internal communications
- Updating the website with new stock and removing sold stock
- Compiling used machinery lists each month to highlight what stock is for sale
- Helping with the ideas and information for the newsletter
- Creating information on a monthly basis for the sales team, and our customers
- Attend career fairs at local Agricultural colleges to discuss careers in Agricultural Machinery
- Attend shows with the sales team as a host, providing refreshments and ‘meet and greet’ potential customers
- Create marketing material for shows – posters, flyers, spec sheets etc…
- Assist with Social Media planning and content
Skills
- The ability to use Adobe design software such as indesign and photoshop is desirable. In-house training can be given
- Good telephone manner and overall communication skills
- Being able to discuss and communicate with the sales team for show information and campaign ideas
- Driving licence is essential due to location
