The customer is at the heart of everything we do, we support strategic initiatives through collaboration with other areas of the business as well as a strong approach to continuous service improvement, enhancing the effectiveness of how we work.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for employee and partner HR & partnership inquiries through all contact channels, providing high-quality advice and guidance. You will support with a variety of administrative processes, including reward and recognition, benefits, employee car scheme and other general administrative tasks. You will ensure all system-related actions are completed accurately and in a timely manner for payroll. You will also contribute to wider HR projects and initiatives as required.
Confident in supporting our customer base through a multi-channel functionality – you can trust that no two days will ever be the same as you support and add value to our very busy team by:
- Supporting customers with HR & Partnership queries utilising end-to-end case management
- Providing high-quality administration support and reporting for our customers and the business

Keeping up to date with policy changes and adhering to regulatory requirements
- Managing stakeholder and customer expectations whilst building trusted relationships with HR Services colleagues and other Deloitte teams
- Effectively delivering cross team collaboration to produce a seamless customer experience

Escalating complex queries in a timely and efficient manner, taking accountability for updating our customer base with progress and appropriate resolution

- Excellent customer service skills
