Touchstone Support Services is looking for an experienced, motivated and values-led Registered Manager to help lead and grow our children, young people and family support services across South Wales.
This is a chance to build something, not just manage something.
We are looking for someone who wants real responsibility, real influence and the opportunity to help shape a service that makes a genuine difference to children, young people, families and staff.
This role would suit a confident leader who is strong on safeguarding, compliance, staff development, quality assurance and service growth, but who also understands that good care starts with strong relationships, consistency and the right team culture.
