Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving operations through exceptional service. This position requires strong communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Utilise basic maths skills to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when handling customer calls.
Collaborate with team members to achieve and enhance overall performance.
Keep abreast of product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Take bookings and upload to booking system

Skills

Strong communication skills in English
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and calculations.
Excellent phone etiquette for managing customer interactions over the phone.
Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a busy retail environment.
Bilingual candidates are preferred, enabling effective communication with a diverse customer base.
IT competence required
