The Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our customers and our development teams, supporting end-to-end process discovery, documentation, and design, and ensuring solutions are aligned with business needs.

With a minimum of 3 years’ experience, you will help uncover automation opportunities, capture and translate requirements, and contribute to designing intelligent, scalable solutions that leverage both RPA and new AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead process discovery sessions with clients through workshops, interviews, and analysis of existing documentation
Map, analyse, and model current-state and future-state business processes
Identify opportunities for RPA, AI and optimisation across customer workflows
Document clear and detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications or user stories
Act as the primary liaison between customers, business stakeholders, and our development team
Support solution design by ensuring requirements are well understood and feasible
Assist in testing and validation activities to ensure delivered solutions meet agreed expectations
Produce process documentation, operational guides and training materials when needed
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements

Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or similar role
Strong experience in process mapping, analysis and documentation
Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working within a technology, software or automation environment (RPA/AI experience desirable)
Experience in Finance Departments, Customer Operations or Logistics is desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience facilitating workshops or stakeholder discovery sessions
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, testing practices and solution validation is advantageous
