Who are we
An established Reformer based Pilates studio with locations in Ashtead, Guildford, Godalming and Farnham all in Surrey. Our beautiful studios and amazing workouts inspire clients and trainers alike. Our ethos is to provide the best quality Pilates classes, outstanding customer service and a result’s driven progression for every member being up to speed with the latest Pilates trends.
Who are we looking for:
We are on the lookout for someone to lead our Ashtead studio, someone who wants to make a difference to a company on an individual basis, along with developing a career in an exciting environment with great incentives. You will also have weekly ad-hoc days travelling to our other studios to help mentor trainers and provide insight into ensuring studio and class quality working with our group marketing manager to achieve this. What’s the job:
- Primariy manage and teach at our Ashtead studio being the face of the business there
- Manage a small team of instructors
- Champion and develop The Pilates Movement Brand
- Create and Implement new strategies to help studio growth and improvement working with our marketing growth manager
- Ensure quality and consistency of classes
- Weekly Strategy Catch up with Owners to ensure KPI’s are being met and club growth is on target
- With the assistance of our marketing manager build and develop our Social Media Presence
- Create the culture of the club in line with our ethos
- Up-sell and conduct 2 Personal Training sessions within salaried hours
- Conduct 20 Reformer Pilates classes within salaried hours (this mat be less to allow for AL cover)
- Visit other studios within the group to assess and help mentor new or underperforming instructors
- Conduct team meetings and ensure adherence to KPI’s
- General day to day running of studio and stock controls
Your Experience
- Previous management experience a bonus but not essential based on other work experience
- Mat & Reformer Instructor Qualified
- Team Player / People driven
- Grasp and enjoyment of Social Media
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the Fitness Industry
- Good Knowledge base of anatomy
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good team leader
Package
- Base Salary of £47.5k
- OTE and increase salary with 1-2-1’s or class cover outside of hours
- Annual Leave and other entitlements as expected in a salaried role and not available with Free Lance work
