You’ll be joining us at our Redruth practice on Green Lane on a full time basis.

Your future in our Redruth practice

6 Surgery Practice with 4 clinicians, 2 hygienists and a Head Nurse

NHS and Private patient base

Salary £32,000 per annum

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets

Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship

Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators

Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
