PIONEER LED is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of LED display solutions. We design and manufacture LED video walls, digital signage, mobile LED trailers and custom display systems for customers throughout the UK and internationally.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing who wants to build their career while gaining hands on experience across every aspect of marketing.

The Role

You will work closely with the Sales team to help generate new business, strengthen our online presence and create engaging marketing campaigns. You will be involved in a wide variety of projects including social media, digital advertising, website updates, content creation and graphic design.

This role would suit someone who already has some marketing experience but wants to continue developing their skills.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Social Media

Plan and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
Create engaging posts, stories, reels and short videos
Grow our social media presence
Monitor messages and comments

Paid Advertising

Assist with Meta advertising campaigns
Assist with Google Ads campaigns
Monitor campaign performance
Suggest improvements based on results

Website

Update website content
Publish blog articles
Add new products
Ensure content remains accurate and up to date

Email Marketing

Build and send email campaigns
Segment customer databases
Monitor campaign performance

Content Creation

Design brochures
Create product sheets
Produce quotations and sales documents
Create graphics for exhibitions and marketing campaigns
Record and edit product videos
Produce content for YouTube and social media

CRM & Lead Management

Maintain customer database
Organise leads
Support sales campaigns
Keep customer records accurate

Marketing Administration

Assist with exhibitions and events
Coordinate marketing projects
Help manage marketing calendars
Produce monthly reports

Essential Requirements

Some previous experience in digital marketing
Experience managing social media platforms
Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar software
Basic video editing skills
Good written English
Strong organisational skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects

Email marketing platforms
Basic photography or videography
