We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Core Portfolio marketing team in our English business to promote our outstanding range of learning and assessment products.

About the role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Core Portfolio marketing team and to play an integral role in bringing our marketing strategies to life.
You'll deliver creative, integrated campaigns across our exciting learning and assessment portfolio, thinking of new ways to meet our objectives and creating content that our target audiences can't ignore! You'll work across all marketing channels, utilising your range of skills and ideas. From promo videos, to websites, to social media and lots more, you'll have ample opportunity to show your enthusiasm.
You'll take ownership of campaign performance, ensuring budgets are used effectively to maximise ROI. By tracking KPIs and sharing clear insights with stakeholders, you'll continuously refine your approach and see the direct impact of your work.

This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. About You
You will be a skilled copywriter with strong attention to detail. You will have experience in planning and delivering successful, multi-channel marketing campaigns in B2B context, with a strong understanding of how best to utilise digital channels. You'll know how to tailor content to different audiences and write engaging, clear, and effective copy across all platforms. Your proven project management experience and diligent approach to deadlines will ensure multiple projects are delivered on time, while your eye for detail will ensure quality is consistently high.
You'll be a self-starter and independent, but also a strong team player who builds positive relationships with colleagues across teams and countries. You'll use your understanding of customer needs and challenges to inform your campaigns and your creativity to deliver results.
Your essential skills, knowledge and qualifications:
- Proven experience delivering high-quality marketing assets with strong attention to detail and design standards
- Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills, with experience producing content for a range of channels
- Experience briefing and managing projects with external agencies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Experience measuring and reporting on campaign performance using defined KPIs and metrics
- Demonstrable experience leading and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques
- Experience using data and insights to inform decisions and optimise campaign performance
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders
- Experience working collaboratively within a team to solve problems and deliver outcomes
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, using project management tools
