Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Creative Design Manager to lead our creative team in delivering compelling visual solutions across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will oversee the development of digital and print content, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the visual narrative of our organisation, utilising a diverse skill set including graphic design, web design, video editing, and 3D modelling. The Senior Creative Design Manager will be responsible for managing projects from conception through execution, fostering a collaborative environment, and maintaining high standards of creativity and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the creative team to produce innovative digital and print designs that meet strategic goals.
Oversee the development of visual content including branding, marketing campaigns, web interfaces, and multimedia projects.
Utilise tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, Maya, CAD programmes, SketchUp, and Sketch to create high-quality visuals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery whilst maintaining quality standards.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop engaging content that enhances user experience and brand visibility.
Direct photoshoots and video productions, applying expertise in photography and video editing to produce compelling media assets.
Develop 3D models and animations using Maya or similar software for presentations or promotional materials.
Maintain consistency across all visual outputs in line with brand guidelines whilst exploring innovative design trends.
Provide mentorship to junior designers and oversee their professional development within the team.
Stay abreast of industry developments in digital design, web technologies, video production, and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in graphic design, digital design, web design, and multimedia production at a senior level.
Extensive proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, Maya, CAD software, SketchUp, Sketch.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, video editing, 3D modelling, animation and web interface design.
Knowledge of marketing principles with an ability to translate strategic objectives into creative concepts.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong leadership qualities with experience managing creative teams or departments.
Good communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across departments.
A degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field is preferred but not essential if complemented by substantial relevant experience.
