Weekend Gymnastics Instructor – Children’s Activity Coach

Part-time | Saturdays | 4-hour shift
At The Little Gym Cambridge, we help children grow in confidence, coordination, and social skills through fun, engaging gymnastics-based classes.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic instructor to join our team, working with children aged 3–12 years in a positive, supportive environment where learning through movement is at the heart of everything we do.
This is initially a 4-hour Saturday role, with opportunities for additional hours during the week in due course.

Responsibilities
- Deliver FUN and engaging gymnastics-based classes
- Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
- Support children in developing movement, coordination, and confidence
- Build positive relationships with children and parents
- Help grow our membership by being a positive ambassador for the programme
- Work collaboratively as part of a strong team culture
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in gymnastics or a related discipline such as cheerleading, tumbling or parkour
- Experience working with children is highly desirable
- Confident and engaging communication skills
- Positive energy and enthusiasm
- A passion for helping children learn and grow
- Comfortable being active and on your feet
- Team player with a willingness to learn and try new things
