Job Summary:

VIMT Education & Professional Training Ltd is seeking a Training and Development Manager to lead learning initiatives that help individuals and teams achieve their full potential. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to design, coordinate, and enhance training programmes while supporting employee development and organisational success. If you enjoy developing people, improving learning experiences, and driving professional growth, we would love to hear from you. The company focuses on education and professional training services.

What you'll do:

Develop and manage training and professional development programmes.
Identify learning needs across departments and recommend effective training solutions.
Coordinate workshops, onboarding programmes, and leadership development initiatives.
Monitor the effectiveness of training through feedback and performance outcomes.
Work with managers to support employee development and career progression.
Maintain learning materials, training records, and compliance documentation.
Support the implementation of digital learning platforms and blended learning solutions.
Manage relationships with external training providers and education partners.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Ensure training programmes align with organisational goals and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Experience in training, learning and development, education, HR, or a related field is beneficial.
Previous leadership, supervisory, or project coordination experience is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple training programmes and priorities.
A passion for developing people and improving workplace performance.
Comfortable using learning technologies and standard business software.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.
