Digital Account Manager

Are you an experienced digital marketer ready to take the next step in your career within a growing integrated marketing agency?

We’re looking for a Digital Account Manager with strong PPC and SEO expertise to join our team at Granite 5. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of B2B and B2C client accounts, leading digital strategy and delivering measurable results across paid search, SEO and website performance.

You’ll work closely with clients and our wider digital, design and development teams, combining technical knowledge with commercial thinking to deliver campaigns and projects that make a genuine impact.

The role

As part of our integrated digital team, you’ll manage client activity across paid search, technical and content SEO, UX/CRO and website projects. From campaign planning and optimisation through to reporting and strategic recommendations, you’ll play a key role in helping clients grow online.

You’ll also support website builds and migrations from a technical SEO and project management perspective, collaborating with developers to ensure best practice is built in from the start.

What you’ll be doing

Managing and developing a portfolio of digital marketing client accounts
Planning, delivering and optimising paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Delivering technical and organic SEO recommendations to improve website visibility and performance
Monitoring campaign and website performance, analysing data and identifying opportunities for improvement
Presenting insights, reports and strategic recommendations to clients
Supporting website build and development projects from a digital marketing and SEO perspective
Managing technical SEO elements including migrations, site structure, speed and indexing
Working collaboratively with designers, developers and content specialists to deliver integrated digital campaigns
Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted digital marketing partner

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within an agency environment
Hands-on PPC experience across Google Ads
Solid understanding of technical and on-page SEO best practice
Experience using analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance and inform strategy
Knowledge of UX, CRO and online customer acquisition principles a plus
Strong communication and client management skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
A proactive mindset and a hands on approach with a genuine interest in digital marketing and continuous improvement
