We are looking for two Senior / Product Managers to join our International Education Products & Services team. These positions will play a leading role in helping to fulfil our strategic outcomes in developing and delivering compelling propositions which support schools and teachers to develop future-ready learners.
About the role
This role is responsible for shaping and delivering customer‑focused product propositions from early discovery through to launch and ongoing lifecycle management.
You will play a key role in developing compelling, commercially viable propositions that align with Cambridge strategy, grow market share, delight our schools' community and positively impact educational outcomes. You will work closely with customers and colleagues across International Education, including Product & Services, Global Marketing, International Network, Technology and Operations.
You will also contribute to investment and prioritisation decisions by developing and presenting clear, insight‑led propositions to the Products & Services Steering Committee.
This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. Aside from our hybrid principles, other flexible working requests will be considered from the first day of employment, including other work arrangements should you require adjustments due to a disability or long-term health condition.
About You
You will bring extensive experience in product, proposition or portfolio management, with a strong customer focus, the ability to turn insight into clear strategic direction and evidence of driving growth in business value and customer impact.
You will be commercially driven, comfortable working with and modelling data, and confident collaborating and influencing across multiple teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You will be adept at working across and large and complex organisation, navigating change and creating clarity from ambiguity.
A passion for education and delivering impact for teachers, learners and schools and the ability to think critically and creatively are essential.
