You have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

You bring 1+ years of hands-on experience planning and executing B2B events, ideally in technology or technical markets where the audience cares about substance over flash

You are fluent in English or German, and additional European languages are a plus for working across EMEA

You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple events and projects simultaneously without losing track of vendor deadlines, budget line items, or lead follow-up workflows

You have experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to track leads, manage data quality, and report on event performance with accuracy
