Full job description

We are currently looking for a Spa Therapist to join our team at The Glassworks Health Club, incorporated with The Varsity Hotel.

As a Spa Therapist, you will pay a crucial part in delivering high quality treatments and experiences to our customers, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

Desired start date: April 2026

Responsibilities:

Performing Treatments, to provide a relaxing and comfortable experience.
Promoting and encouraging product sales.
Working as a team to create a positive work environment.
Guest interaction, to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guests are informed of their day with us and any options available to them.

Requirements/Skills:

Minimum NVQ Level 3 (other certifications also encouraged but not essential).
Waxing preferred but not essential.
Swedish Massage ESSENTIAL.
Facials ESSENTIAL.
Nails - Gel + Normal Polish (manicure + pedicure) preferred but not essential.
