As the lab continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable, organised and personable individual to become a key part of the team and help deliver an exceptional client experience day-to-day.
The Role
This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on the smooth running of the wellness lab and creating a calm, professional and welcoming atmosphere for clients.
You will be one of the main faces of the lab - greeting clients, preparing sessions, ensuring appointments run smoothly, maintaining presentation standards and helping every client feel comfortable and looked after from arrival to departure.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, is naturally organised and proactive, and takes pride in delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Previous wellness or healthcare experience is not required. However, an interest in wellness, recovery, fitness, health or holistic wellbeing would be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Session Support
- Welcome clients into the lab and create a friendly, professional atmosphere
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for sessions
- Guide clients through appointments and explain basic session procedures where needed
- Ensure clients feel comfortable, relaxed and well looked after throughout their visit
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Maintain a calm, clean and organised environment at all times
Daily Operations
- Manage bookings, schedules and session flow throughout the day
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation across the lab
- Monitor stock levels and support general day-to-day operations
- Communicate effectively with the wider team regarding client needs or operational updates
- Help ensure the centre runs smoothly and professionally at all times
Client Communication
- Respond to client enquiries in person, over the phone and via messaging platforms
- Assist with appointment coordination and client follow-ups when required
- Build positive relationships with regular members and returning clients
- Represent the Oxydise brand in a professional, approachable and knowledgeable manner
Additional Support
- Occasional support with wellness events, open days or social media content may be required
- Flexibility to assist with holiday cover or additional shifts when needed
Working Pattern
- Primarily based at the Oxydise Wellness Lab in Newmarket
- Three regular working days per week (likely Friday 8.30am to 7.30pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm)
- Additional shifts may occasionally be available depending on bookings and business needs
- Hours will vary depending on client demand and lab activity
- Hourly paid position (£15 per hour)

Experience in hospitality, customer service, wellness, beauty, fitness or healthcare environments would be beneficial, but is not essential.
